Posted on January 27, 2012Thanks to Otis for stepping up as I posted a couple weeks ago on the Fusionhead Steam Group. Otis will be managing the server as Fusionhead (AKA Rocco) retires from many years of hosting Hl2DM servers.
I am currently training and handing off all the technical details to Otis so that you all can continue to play. This is really good news. Please understand that it takes a lot of effort to keep a server running. If you are a regular player, please consider helping out by donating whatever you can. If your situation doesn’t allow it, no worries, the server will remain free.

Posted on July 17, 2011As you know, I haven’t been an active player for a long time. But I keep this server running for all of the players like you, who donate your time and money to help keep the server running smoothly and in a friendly environment free of trash talkers and the like. I renewed the server for another year so Fusionhead Jazz Club HL2DM Server is here to stay for at least a year. This wouldn’t have happened without all of your donations so you have yourselves to thank!
Dino is doing a great job with day to day executive management of the server. It’s not an easy job to please everyone. Sometimes decisions are not popular but he’s not afraid to make them and it keeps the overall health of the server healthy and free of troublemakers. Also, part two of keeping this server going and online is; I can’t do it without Dino! Huge Thanks to you Dino!
We have very good admins and a big thanks to all of you for helping out, keeping order and providing us with feedback. A HUGE THANKS TO ALL THE ADMINS! Can’t do it without you!
Hopefully we can keep it going until July 2012. That can be difficult with these killer steam updates but I will do my best to bring it back each time they ruin it.
After July of 2012, it will likely be the end of the server. So enjoy it, and thanks in advance for helping to keep it a fun and family oriented place to hang out.

Fusionhead Jazz Club Will Continue
Posted on April 28, 2010I’ve decided that we will continue to operate Fusionhead Jazz Club Server for another year. When we start getting close to the renewal, I will ask for donations which will be optional.

Posted on April 09, 2010This is where you come to get news and information about Fusionhead Jazz Club HL2DM Game Server.
There is an effort underway to investigate the possibility of keeping Fusionhead Jazz Club running beyond the contract end date of July, 2010.
The issue is not really about money, it’s more about my time to maintain the server and my lack of playing time due to other life goals. Although, the costs of maintaining the server do factor in as a smaller consideration, i.e., why pay for something that you don’t play?
Several players have approached me and volunteered to help monetarily and technically. I am going to work through the options of the server over the next couple of months before making a decision. Thanks so much for offering to pitch in!
I’m very happy that so many people enjoy the server. I will keep it online if I can do it without compromising my personal life goals too much.
So thanks for playing and stay tuned.
